Welcome to BOEN JIAMEI. The service is operated by BOEN JIAMEI LTD.. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Pre-GA notice: governing-law, consumer, privacy, and financial provisions remain subject to final legal review before real-user launch.

1. Service description

The service provides third-party access to Turnitin® similarity and AI content detection through a web console and API. We are not affiliated with Turnitin, LLC. Turnitin® is its registered trademark.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, remain responsible for account activity, protect passwords and API keys, and promptly revoke exposed credentials. We may disable accounts involved in abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or prohibited use.

3. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Credits are reserved according to document size and report selection. Classified platform-side failures return reserved credits automatically. In V1, subscription renewal opens a renewal order that the customer must pay; saved-payment-method auto-charging is not enabled. Channel-side cash refunds require operator review and provider-side processing. See the Refund policy.

4. Your content

You retain intellectual property rights in submitted documents. You grant us the temporary processing rights needed to submit the document, generate reports, and retain artifacts under the published retention policy. You must be authorized to submit the content. We do not use submitted documents for model training or commercial analysis.

5. Prohibited use

• Reselling or sharing API keys outside approved customer-isolation arrangements.
• Bypassing rate limits, forging payment evidence, probing interfaces, or disrupting the service.
• Submitting documents you are not authorized to process.
• Using the service in violation of applicable law or academic-integrity obligations.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but upstream outages, rate limits, blocks, and policy changes can affect availability. We may change or discontinue functionality where operational or legal requirements demand it.

7. Limitation of liability

Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the law approved for launch. The final liability cap and any mandatory consumer remedies remain part of the pre-GA legal review.

8. Changes to these terms

We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes through an in-product notice or email before they take effect.

9. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, venue, and any mandatory consumer-dispute process will be published only after legal review confirms the production entity, customer regions, and applicable rules.
