Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-07-11
Pre-GA notice: statutory cooling-off periods, cash-refund eligibility, and finance-retention requirements remain subject to final legal and finance review.
1. Automatic credit return for platform-side failures
When a job ends with turnitin_blocked, login_failed, upload_failed, report_timeout, or system_error, reserved service credits are returned automatically. This is a credit correction, not a payment-provider cash refund.
2. Document-side failures
Unreadable files, unsupported formats, insufficient word count, or content the customer was not authorized to submit do not automatically qualify for a credit return. Contact support if the classifier is incorrect.
3. One-time credit packages
Cash-refund requests for unused or partially used packages require operator review under the final approved policy. The platform records refund evidence locally and may revoke unused payment-funded credits when a refund is approved.
4. Subscriptions
Customers may cancel renewal at period end. In V1, renewals require payment of a newly created renewal order; automatic charging of a saved payment method is not enabled. Any cash refund for a paid subscription requires operator and payment-provider processing.
5. Redeem codes
Redeemed codes cannot be reversed automatically. Any purchaser refund for an unredeemed or partially redeemed batch is handled manually under the approved refund policy.
6. Payment channels and timing
Online payment is not currently available, so new paid orders cannot be created through this website. Stripe, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not presented as available payment methods. For a historical order that needs correction, provider settlement time starts only after an operator submits an approved refund through the relevant provider.
7. How to request a refund
- Email support@njbejm.cn with the order identifier and reason.
- An operator verifies payment, usage, grant revocation, and applicable policy.
- If approved, the operator records the refund locally and submits the provider-side refund.
8. Requests that may be denied
- Fully consumed credit packages or subscription periods, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Document-side failures not caused by the platform.
- Redeemed codes that cannot be safely reversed.
- Accounts suspended for fraud or prohibited use, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
